If you’re concerned your life is too busy, this course is only 1.5 hours a week and the home practices you’ll be given are short and they’re optional.

About the teacher:
Rachel has been teaching mindfulness-based practices for over 15 years. She has taught in a wide range of settings including retreats, teacher trainings, community classes, corporate classes and also clinical and trauma sensitive populations. She works in mental health and is completing a psychology degree. Importantly, she’s had a daily meditation practice for many years, which allows her to impart an embodied wisdom of mindfulness and meditation.
